Hello Ian, I do know what you mean regarding high prices in Scandinavia but with the rising cost of living we are catching up. Also, if you eat in cafes rather than restaurants you can get meals at reasonable prices. Booking online is a way to save money and find special offers. I do hope you get there, defintiely a fun place to visit.
]]>Thanks for your comment Jez. You are correct. The name Bluetooth was orginally given to the prototype while it was being developed but when it was decided this was the most appropriate name permission was sought to use the name – and granted. As you say – a fascinating interaction. It was never established that Harald actually had a blue tooth though.
]]>Very pleased to hear you have been inspired to visit Trapholt Sarah. it is difficult to encaspulate the diversity of this place in a few sentences. I could have stayed there all day, so much to see.
]]>Absolutely Brett – travel should be spiced up with adventure and Old Lillebælt Bridge definitely ticked that box.
]]>Thank you for taking the time to comment Dave. I had exactly the same experience. I used public transport and buses were not subjected to any hold ups at all.
]]>After reading this you’ve inspired me to put Trapholt on my Danish travel bucket list for my next visit. Hopefully, it won’t be too long until I get there.
]]>It’s a great place for a family holiday. Not too much traffic and the locals were very welcoming.
]]>Yes, Denmark is one of my favourite European countries too and I was delighted to experience this different aspect of the country – all such fun.
